Strictly no cancellation once your order is confirmed, only transact or confirm orders if you are 100% sure that you are going to purchase an item. If insists on cancelling, you are required to pay 50% of your total as a fee.

No rush order. The item is handmade, so it takes a lot of time to finish.

I require at least 50% downpayment upon ordering, this is for the materials that I will be using on your item.

Pay the remaining balance of your fee on time. Failure to pay on time will result in a PHP 30 pesos fine a day.

Downpayments are non-refundable.

Once your items are shipped out, I will be no longer liable for damages, time of arrival, etc. Rest assured, I will send pictures before and after packing your item.

No rush shipping. I am still a student and not available 24/7, but I will try my best to ship your item as soon as possible.

No unboxing video. No refund. The video must be raw or unedited.

Can also do meet-ups, or you can pick up your item personally as long as within or near the Angono, Rizal area.
